Enhanced Identity
Family business reinvents image.
Dilworth's Custom Design, transforming kitchens and bathrooms throughout communities surrounding Phoenixville, Pennsylvania since 1990, recently made the collective decision to reinvent their brand to better reflect the quality of their offering.
The offering had
evolved to include an impressive 3,000 square foot showroom, the
region's most talented designers and multiple field crews installing the
area's best kitchens and baths. To say Dilworth's Custom Design is a
renovation company was the definition of an understatement.
"We
knew the quality of our handcrafted offering and the clients whose homes
we had transformed understood, but we wanted people unfamiliar with
Dilworth’s Custom Design to get it right away," reflects company founder
and CEO Dan Dilworth.
Dilworth's is a special
offering—handcrafting all of their cabinetry in their Phoenixville shop
and assigning dedicated crews to each project from start to finish.
The
company rebrand was rolled out in early 2019 and included a refined
identity–logo and tagline as well as revised advertising campaigns,
marketing materials and social media messaging. In 2020, Dilworth's
began reinventing their Internet presence.
"Our website is a
critical part of the educational and design process," adds Dilworth who
manages the company with his two brothers, Dave and Ben. “We wanted to
redesign that to be more useful as an idea generator and tool for our customers.”
Dilworth’s
is, in the end, a design company–that’s what really separates them from
the competition. Materials are a commodity but the case studies
reflecting the quality and diversity of a Dilworth renovation tells a
really powerful story.
“Now people can browse through many
examples and get an idea of layout, materials, components and finishes,”
Dilworth continued. “Our reinvented brand and redesigned website are
much more reflective of who we are and what we do.”
